    The Other Mid-to-Senior Career Level Memberships at the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) School of Mathematics are designed to provide established mathematicians and theoretical computer scientists with the opportunity to focus exclusively on independent research for a term or a full year. These memberships are particularly aimed at researchers who are more than five years past their Ph.D., including those on sabbatical leave or seeking a dedicated period for research without teaching or administrative duties. Members benefit from a vibrant research community, access to on-campus housing, and institutional resources for stays of 2–11 months. Limited financial support is available for those who do not have sufficient external funding.
