--- ## Description This opportunity, offered by the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) at NIH, aims to extend research on the outcomes of genomically informed risk assessment (GIRA) and management recommendations within the Electronic Medical Records and Genomics (eMERGE) Network. The initiative will: - Extend participant follow-up from a minimum of 1 year to at least 4 years. - Assess long-term adherence to and outcomes of GIRA-based preventive recommendations among clinicians and participants. - Identify correlates of adherence by condition, participant age, demographics, and non-genomic factors.
