The Outdoor Learning Network Initiative (OLNI) Network Leadership Course is a capacity-building program designed to help environmental education providers develop and sustain strong partnerships with school districts and local organizations. The year-long course focuses on embedding environmental education within school systems to create systemic, equitable, and lasting environmental literacy programs throughout the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Participants gain expertise in collaborative models, network approaches, curriculum integration, and strategies for financial and programmatic sustainability.
