--- ## Description This opportunity seeks to increase the availability and quality of medical forensic examinations for victims of sexual assault across the United States and its territories. Funding is intended to support the development or expansion of Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) and Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE) programs, hiring and retention of certified professionals, and improved coordination among law enforcement, healthcare, and victim advocacy organizations.
