This grant supports Maryland local education agencies (LEAs) in the implementation and expansion of Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) programs. P-TECH programs are designed to allow students to simultaneously earn a high school diploma and a two-year associate degree, while providing first-in-line consideration for employment with partnering P-TECH companies. The grant aims to strengthen the alignment between secondary education, higher education, and industry, improving student outcomes and workforce readiness.
