Description
The Creative Sector Flex Fund, administered by Pennsylvania Creative Industries (powered by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts) and the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA), offers flexible funding to eligible small-to-mid-sized arts organizations across Pennsylvania. The grant supports a broad range of artistic programming and arts services, aiming to expand access to the arts, foster local decision-making, and strengthen community engagement through creative initiatives. This is a re-granting program delivered in partnership with regional organizations throughout all 67 Pennsylvania counties.
Note: The Creative Sector Flex Fund will be discontinued statewide after fiscal year 2026–27 and replaced by the Creative Asset Program.
