Description
The Pajaro Community Grants program, managed by the Community Foundation for Monterey County in partnership with the County of Monterey, provides funding to support the Pajaro community following the 2023 breach of the Pajaro Levee. The program aims to maximize community impact by supporting initiatives that enhance Pajaro’s ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies and natural disasters. Funding is available for projects in key areas such as community resources and social services, economic development, healthcare access, language access services, and community beautification. The program is designed to address ongoing, evolving community needs and ensure unduplicated, measurable outcomes.
