Key Information: Forecasted opportunity—dates and funding details are projected and subject to change.
This forecasted opportunity from the National Cancer Institute (NCI), part of the NIH, will support the establishment of the Management and Data Coordination Unit (MDCU) for the Pancreatic Cancer Detection Consortium (PCDC). The MDCU will drive collaborative efforts in study design, protocol development, statistical analysis, coordination, and data management for research focused on the early detection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and its precursor lesions. Additional responsibilities include supporting biorepository development and providing organizational and logistical support for PCDC activities. The overall goal is to facilitate research to identify patients at high risk for PDAC and enable early intervention.
