This grant supports significant regional or statewide arts convenings and strategic initiatives that strengthen the arts infrastructure in Iowa. Funded projects must align with the Iowa Arts Council’s 2022–2026 Strategic Plan and may include professional development events, collaborative arts networks, initiatives demonstrating the arts' impact on health and well-being, or strategic partnerships by invitation. The program does not fund projects focused solely on the creation or presentation of artwork unless they are specifically tied to the Arts, Health and Well-being category.
