Description
The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) intends to enter a no-cost, in-kind cooperative agreement with the Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO) under a Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA). This sole source agreement leverages TEDCO’s unique status as an independent instrumentality of the State of Maryland and its expertise in supporting technology transition efforts relevant to Department of Defense (DoD) mission requirements. TEDCO’s regional integration and support functions make competitive solicitation impracticable for this award.
