--- ## Description This opportunity supports the development of formal, long-term partnerships in astronomy and astrophysics research and education. The primary goal is to broaden participation in the field by encouraging proposals from the full spectrum of talent, with a focus on individuals from groups historically underrepresented in astronomy. Projects must create authentic pathways into the research enterprise, increase recruitment and retention, and foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable environment at partnering institutions.
