Description
The Pasadena Art Alliance Grants program funds projects that promote appreciation and advancement of contemporary visual arts in Southern California. Grants are awarded to nonprofit organizations for exhibitions, educational programs, publications, and other initiatives where the contemporary visual art component is central. The program supports museums, galleries, and art-oriented nonprofits, with a preference for those located in the San Gabriel Valley but open to organizations throughout Los Angeles County. All funded projects must clearly articulate their relationship to contemporary visual art and how the requested funds will further the Alliance’s mission. The program no longer offers a separate Impact Award; all arts education support is now considered through the general grant process.
