This opportunity funds the creation of the Pax Silica Artificial Intelligence (AI) Assistance Project, a pioneering initiative to bolster global AI supply chain security. The project aims to establish a "Silicon Highway"—a digital-physical corridor that accelerates logistics and compliance operations among partner countries. Key features include cryptographic cargo verification, AI-driven risk assessment, and expedited, pre-approved processing early in the supply chain. The Department of State will retain rights to intangible property developed under this award, as per 2 CFR 200.315.
