Description
This opportunity provides funding for Health Systems Implementation Initiative (HSII) Participants to implement evidence-based interventions derived from PCORI-funded patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research within their healthcare delivery settings. The 2026 call focuses on two evidence topics:
- Telepsychiatry Collaborative Care for Complex Psychiatric Disorders (adults)
- Family-Based Behavioral Treatment for Healthy Child Weight (children/youth)
Applicants can propose either full-scale implementation projects (broad, sustainable integration) or pilot projects (develop and test implementation strategies on a smaller scale). All projects must include a rigorous evaluation of both implementation processes and health/healthcare outcomes, with a focus on sustainability and scalability in real-world settings.
