This funding opportunity from the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) invites Health Systems Implementation Initiative (HSII) Participants to propose projects that promote the uptake of evidence generated from PCORI-funded patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research (CER) within their healthcare delivery settings. For the 2026 cycle, projects must focus on one of two evidence topics: (1) Telepsychiatry Collaborative Care for Complex Psychiatric Disorders, or (2) Family-Based Behavioral Treatment for Healthy Child Weight.

Projects must include robust program evaluation using the RE-AIM framework (Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, Maintenance) and engage relevant stakeholders, including patients and caregivers, throughout the process.
