Description
The Pediatric PH Research Award supports innovative, early-stage research projects in pediatric pulmonary hypertension (PH). The goal is to generate foundational data that can seed larger research efforts and future external funding. This award is designed for pilot studies addressing key gaps in knowledge or unmet clinical needs, with a focus on advancing understanding, diagnosis, management, or outcomes for children with PH. Research areas of interest include developmental lung disease, pulmonary vascular disease, signaling pathways in pediatric pulmonary arterial hypertension, clinical trial design, biomarkers, and quality improvement initiatives.
