    The Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA) initiative, administered in Region 3 by the Community Giving Foundation, is designed to expand access to the arts across all 67 Pennsylvania counties. The program re-grants funds from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) to support a diverse array of local and community arts activities, with a focus on underserved communities and fostering local decision-making in arts funding. As of FY 2026-27, the Creative Sector Flex Fund (CSFF) will be discontinued and replaced by the Creative Asset Program, which will provide direct, flexible support to small- and mid-sized arts organizations.
