Funds a single project to regrant support to at least 25 performing arts initiatives, advancing sustainable, inclusive, and cross-border touring in Europe.

Only one project will be selected to manage regranting and sectoral analysis.

--- ## Description This call, funded under the Creative Europe Programme, will select one project to administer a large-scale regranting scheme supporting at least 25 cross-border performing arts projects. The selected project will not only distribute funding but also observe, analyse, and report on the outcomes of these regranted projects, with a focus on topics such as artists’ working conditions, fair remuneration, sustainable touring, digital distribution, inclusion, youth engagement, and artistic creation. The central aim is to test and implement innovative models for sustainable, inclusive, and diverse touring in the performing arts sector. Activities must align with EU priorities, including green and digital transitions, gender equality, inclusion, and support for Ukrainian artists and cultural professionals. Applicants must propose a comprehensive programme including project management, open calls for sub-granting, capacity building for recipients, development of the Perform Europe digital platform, communication and dissemination, and robust data analysis and reporting. --- ## Due Dates - Call opens: October 30, 2025 - Submission deadline: January 15, 2026, 17:00 Brussels time - Evaluation period: February – March 2026 - Notification to applicants: July 2026 - Grant agreement signature: October 2026 --- ## Funding Amount - Total budget: €2,000,000 (2026) - Only one project will be funded under this call (single-stage application) - The selected project must regrant support to at least 25 performing arts initiatives --- ## Eligibility - Applicants must be active in the performing arts sector with broad sectoral and geographical coverage. - Applications must be submitted by consortia (see call document for specific consortium composition requirements). - Eligible countries: All countries participating in the Creative Europe Programme. - Projects must adhere to EU standards for good working conditions and fair remuneration for artists and cultural professionals. - Activities must include financial support to third parties (regranting), training, digital platform maintenance, communication, and data analysis.
