--- ## Description This grant supports the development and delivery of educational programs focused on post-COVID conditions, including Long COVID (PASC). The primary aim is to enhance the ability of primary care providers and infectious disease specialists to identify, diagnose, and manage post-COVID conditions. Programs should address recognition, testing, and assessment of post-COVID symptoms and complications, as well as management strategies, including both pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches. A strong emphasis is placed on addressing health disparities, promoting culturally responsive care, enhancing health literacy, and ensuring equitable access to care for marginalized and underserved communities.
