Description
The Pilot-Feasibility Research Awards, part of The LAM Foundation Grant Program, are designed to catalyze innovative research in lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM)—a rare, progressive lung disease. These awards fund hypothesis-generating or hypothesis-testing projects that utilize novel approaches or methodologies, with the goal of generating preliminary data to support future, larger-scale funding applications. Priority is given to research that aligns with the Foundation’s strategic interests, such as discovering new treatments, investigating new therapeutic targets, understanding sex as a biological variable, and improving patient quality of life.
