Description
This opportunity funds the development of local policies, ordinances, and programs to advance affordable housing, prevent displacement, and promote equitable, connected development in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Administered by the Metropolitan Council, the grant aims to help cities and local authorities create enforceable and innovative solutions that support the Imagine 2050 regional goals. Eligible projects include creating or updating policies to reduce the cost of affordable housing, implement anti-displacement strategies, develop local affordable housing aid programs, and improve housing development processes.
