Summary: Two-year fellowships supporting early-career scientists and neurologists in research training to advance the understanding and treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
The Parkinson’s Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowships provide two-year awards to early-career scientists—either recent PhD graduates or neurology residency completers—seeking advanced research training in Parkinson’s disease (PD). The program is designed to foster the next generation of independent PD researchers by offering mentored research experiences at major institutions. Research proposals must be directly relevant to PD, either advancing disease understanding or improving its treatment. The Foundation encourages applications from individuals historically underrepresented in the scientific workforce and accepts both U.S. and international applicants.
