The NIH Common Fund, in collaboration with other NIH Institutes and Centers, anticipates releasing a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the PRIMED-AI: Logistics Center. This initiative will establish a central administrative infrastructure to support the Precision Medicine with Artificial Intelligence – Integrating Imaging with Multimodal Data (PRIMED-AI) program. The Logistics Center will manage consortium governance, coordination, evaluation, outreach, and community engagement through three integrated cores (Administration, Evaluation, and Outreach). The overarching goal is to facilitate the development and dissemination of innovative, reliable, and cost-effective AI tools that combine clinical imaging with other health data types to advance personalized medicine for chronic and other health conditions.
