This opportunity provides funding through a cooperative agreement to support the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Resource Center. The awardee will work with the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) and the PREA Management Office (PMO) to fulfill the Department of Justice’s statutory responsibilities under the PREA Statute and Standards. The main objectives are to prevent, detect, and respond to sexual victimization of adults and juveniles in confinement, primarily through auditing, technical assistance, and resource development.
