This program provides grant funding to nonprofit and tribal organizations to deliver training, technical assistance, and capacity building to disadvantaged microentrepreneurs and microenterprise development organizations (MDOs). The goal is to enhance the ability of these organizations to help underserved entrepreneurs, especially those with low or very low income, limited access to capital, or those located in rural areas. Funding is available through two tracks: direct technical assistance to disadvantaged entrepreneurs (Track I) and capacity building for MDOs (Track II).
