Description
This funding opportunity, administered by the U.S. Embassy Seoul’s Public Diplomacy Section, aims to strengthen America’s position as the preferred economic partner in Korea by engaging young entrepreneurs (ages 25–39) in key Korean cities where American Spaces are located. The selected grantee will design and implement a comprehensive 10–12 month program featuring at least 20 sessions, including workshops, lectures, networking, and mentorship, all focused on American business leadership, innovation, and sector-specific insights (e.g., tourism, technology, scientific research).
The program will recruit a minimum of 36 participants from the six American Spaces across Korea, with a strong preference for inclusion of participants from outside the Seoul metropolitan area. Activities will be developed in close collaboration with Embassy staff and must showcase American values, expertise, and partnership benefits. The Embassy will provide resources, procedural guidance, and active involvement throughout the program.
