The PRRI Public Fellows Program is an 11-month, non-residential fellowship designed for mid-career, interdisciplinary scholars whose research focuses on the intersection of religion, culture, and politics. The program aims to help scholars translate their academic work for broader public audiences by providing communications support, media training, and guidance on integrating public opinion survey data. Fellows participate in monthly virtual meetings, professional development workshops, and an in-person convening in Washington, D.C. The program fosters collaboration among a diverse cohort and supports the development of original, research-based public scholarship in key areas such as pluralism and democracy, immigration and American society, and LGBTQ rights and gender politics.
