    Description

The Rainforest Investigations Network (RIN) is an annual fellowship program by the Pulitzer Center, designed to empower experienced investigative journalists to uncover the complex intersections of climate change, corruption, and governance in the world’s major tropical rainforest regions: the Amazon, Congo Basin, and Southeast Asia. Fellows dedicate a full year to in-depth, collaborative reporting on deforestation and its drivers, with access to advanced investigative tools, geospatial analysis, editorial guidance, and a global peer network. The program aims to produce impactful stories that foster awareness and drive action for rainforest conservation, while also providing resources and toolkits to advance investigative methodologies across the journalism sector.
