Description
The Cultivate program, offered by the Sacramento Region Community Foundation, is designed to support leaders of color at local nonprofits in the Sacramento region. Rather than providing traditional grant funding, Cultivate offers a cohort-based experience that includes personalized coaching, peer networking, and skill-building opportunities. The program aims to address and close pervasive fundraising gaps affecting leaders and organizations of color, fostering a stronger, more connected nonprofit sector.
