The fellowship is designed to educate and support the next generation of thought leaders in national and international intelligence by connecting active intelligence officers with the Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center Intelligence Project. Fellows spend a full academic year at Harvard University, engaging in multidisciplinary research, policy discussions, and academic coursework. The program aims to enrich both the university environment and the professional development of intelligence officers, preparing them for advanced leadership roles and enhancing the practical understanding of intelligence in public policy.
