The Recovery Housing Program, administered by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) in partnership with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, provides funding to local governments and their nonprofit partners to develop, expand, or enhance transitional housing for individuals recovering from substance use disorders.
