Description
The RECRUIT programme is a major mobility initiative by the Novo Nordisk Foundation to bolster Danish universities in attracting outstanding international researchers at the assistant, associate, or full professor level. The programme aims to enhance research ecosystems in Denmark within targeted support areas—specifically, natural and technical sciences, interdisciplinarity, biotechnology, and sustainability. Candidates must be nominated by a Danish university and recruited from outside Denmark. Grants are available through open competition and support a range of activities, including research group establishment, relocation, and project-related costs.
