Description
This funding opportunity, offered by the Administration for Children and Families' Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE), supports research on reflective supervision in early childhood home visiting. Projects must use the Supervisory Practices in Reflective Supervision-Home Visiting (SuPRS-HV) measure to explore, evaluate, or improve reflective supervision practices. The intent is to generate findings that inform policy, practice, or further research in early childhood home visiting, particularly with programs funded by the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) initiative.
Projects may focus on:
- Advancing the measurement of reflective supervision (e.g., validation, adaptation, or new aspects)
- Studying the impact of reflective supervision on outcomes for home visitors, their relationships with families, or family outcomes
- Developing tools for programs to use SuPRS-HV for monitoring or quality improvement
