Key Information: Two-phase application: concept note (Phase I), then full proposal (Phase II, by invitation only).
This grant supports research leaders in bioscience, basic biomedicine, and clinical/translational medicine to catalyze innovative projects in regenerative medicine. The program aims to advance foundational and translational research that can lead to new therapies, strengthen the Nordic regenerative medicine ecosystem, and promote international collaboration. Projects must address at least one of four thematic areas: challenges in autologous/allogeneic cell therapy, stem cell-based disease modeling, engineering biomaterials for regenerative therapy, or transitioning cell therapies from academia to clinical development. Projects focused on immune cell-based or gene therapies are not prioritized.
