    Description

    This program provides funding to eligible organizations to support the employment of Service Coordinators who help residents of Public and Indian Housing overcome barriers to economic and housing self-sufficiency. The Service Coordinators assess residents’ needs and connect them to local training, educational, health, and supportive services. For elderly residents and those with disabilities, coordinators also facilitate access to services that enable them to age or remain in place. The program aims to help individuals achieve financial stability and independence through targeted support and direct services.
