Description

Eligible applicants include:
- State, county, city, or township governments
- Special district governments
- Independent school districts
- Public and state-controlled institutions of higher education
- Private institutions of higher education
- Native American tribal governments (federally recognized and other tribal organizations)
- Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities
- Nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status (excluding institutions of higher education)
- For-profit organizations (including small businesses)
Additional notes:
- Individuals and foreign entities are not eligible.
- Faith-based and community organizations may apply if they meet eligibility requirements.
- Current recipients in their final grant year must reapply if they wish to continue services.
- Current recipients not in their final year must propose services in a new and different location.
