--- ## Description This opportunity provides funding for a single entity to deliver training and technical assistance (TTA) to state and local recipients of the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) for State Prisoners Program. The TTA provider will help grantees implement comprehensive, evidence-based substance use treatment during incarceration and aftercare services that support successful reentry into the community.
