This program provides funding to eligible Gulf Coast state governments to establish one or more Centers of Excellence through competitive subawards. These centers focus on research, technology, and monitoring in key areas relevant to Gulf Coast restoration and sustainability, as defined by the RESTORE Act and its implementing regulations.
