Description
This grant program provides substantial financial support to new charter schools in New York State, enabling them to conduct critical planning, program design, and initial implementation activities. The initiative is part of the Charter Schools Program (CSP) under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by ESSA, and is administered by the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
