Description
The RGC Postdoctoral Fellowship Scheme (PDFS), administered by the Hong Kong Research Grants Council, is designed to foster the professional growth of early-career researchers by supporting recent doctoral graduates in full-time postdoctoral positions at UGC-funded universities in Hong Kong. The scheme aims to nurture research talent across all academic disciplines, offering a robust foundation for a research career in Hong Kong. From the 2025/26 cycle onwards, the scheme will be known as the RGC Junior Research Fellow Scheme (JRFS), but the core objectives and structure remain consistent.
