    Description

    This funding opportunity supports the Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance (LRAM) program for the Richardson Training Area (RTA) at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. The project aims to provide sustainable management of military training lands under the Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) Program. The recipient will collaborate with Army technical representatives to implement conservation, erosion control, vegetation and soil rehabilitation, sensitive area protection, and habitat management practices. The work includes tasks such as reconfiguring training areas, trail and access improvements, erosion and sediment control, revegetation, and protective measures for sensitive and archaeological sites.
