Description
This opportunity funds a single cooperative agreement to provide Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance (LRAM) support for the Richardson Training Area (RTA) at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. The project supports the Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) Program, focusing on sustainable management of military training lands, including soil, water, and vegetation protection and repair, erosion control, habitat management, and sensitive area protection. The recipient will implement a range of land and ecosystem management activities, collaborate closely with Army technical representatives, and deliver regular progress and final reports.
