Regular RA €83,000; Complex RA €153,000 --- ## Eligibility - **Who can apply:** Only organisations on the [EFSA Article 36 list of competent organisations](https://efsa.my.site.com/competentorganisations/s/competentorganisation/CompetentOrganisation__c/00B1v000009LqfIEAS) designated by EU Member States are eligible. - **Geographical scope (Lot 2 - Southern EU):** Spain, Greece, Malta, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Portugal, Cyprus. - **Consortium:** Proposals may be submitted by a single eligible organisation or a consortium of eligible organisations (from any Member State, not limited to Southern EU countries). - **Key team requirements:** The consortium as a whole must provide expertise for four profiles: - Senior Coordinator (≥5 years’ experience in project coordination and animal health risk assessment) - Junior Epidemiologist (≥3 years’ VBD risk assessment experience) - Junior Entomologist (≥3 years’ entomological scientific experience) - Junior Data Analyst (≥3 years’ VBD risk assessment experience) - Several profiles may be covered by the same individual. - **Language:** Excellent English proficiency required (C1 certificate, 3 years’ work in English, or 3+ scientific publications in English). - **Additional:** Subcontracting is permitted only for non-core tasks;
