--- ## Description This program element, part of NASA's annual Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES), seeks proposals for the advancement and innovative application of NASA Earth science data and products to water resources management. The focus is on research, tool development, and demonstration projects that enable or enhance the use of satellite and remote sensing data for actionable water resources decisions and operations. End-user engagement and clear pathways to application are required. Projects are expected to address challenges in areas such as water availability, quality, allocation, drought monitoring, flood prediction, agricultural water use, and ecosystem health, leveraging NASA’s Earth observations and modeling capabilities.
