--- ## Description This program element, part of NASA's annual Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) omnibus, supports collaborative research, mentorship, and academic partnerships to enhance participation and success in science. The focus is on fostering opportunities for mentorship and partnership within the research community, with an emphasis on advancing NASA’s science mission through inclusive and collaborative approaches.
