This opportunity funds a single cooperative agreement to deliver technical assistance (TA) under the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program-Technical Assistance (RCORP-TA). The program’s goal is to connect rural communities with high-quality, comprehensive, and tailored resources and supports to implement and sustain behavioral health care—including prevention, treatment, and recovery services—to address the opioid epidemic and related substance use concerns in rural America. The TA recipient will provide direct support to RCORP grantees and other rural stakeholders, develop and disseminate evidence-informed tools and resources, foster partnerships at all levels, and strengthen rural capacity to respond to emerging behavioral health needs.
