Description
This program funds a single entity to provide technical assistance (TA) to Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) nationwide. The awardee will deliver targeted support, specialized expertise, and guidance to help RHCs address emerging policy, regulatory, programmatic, and clinical issues. The initiative aims to strengthen the rural healthcare safety net by increasing RHC and stakeholder understanding of key issues, disseminating information about tools and resources, and improving care delivery in rural communities. Activities may include webinars, training, direct consultation, and resource development, with a focus on advancing federal health priorities such as chronic disease prevention, mental health, and value-based care.
