The Rural Northern Border Region Network Planning Program provides one-year grants to support the creation or enhancement of health care networks serving rural communities in the Northern Border Region, which includes Maine, New Hampshire, New York, and Vermont. The program aims to foster collaboration among rural health stakeholders to collectively address local health challenges, expand access to care, improve quality, and strengthen the rural health system as a whole. Funded projects must focus on at least one of the following legislative aims: achieving efficiencies, expanding access and improving quality, or strengthening the rural health care system.
