Rural Outreach Grants are part of the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) Community Development Advocacy program, designed to empower state and local REALTOR® associations to address the unique needs of rural communities. These grants fund a range of initiatives, including trainings, forums, events, studies, and ordinance drafting, focusing on issues such as broadband access, well and septic systems, open space preservation, environmental standards, and planning and zoning. The goal is to build local advocacy capacity, support critical rural policy and infrastructure topics, and foster rural community development.
