This joint postdoctoral fellowship, offered by the Ruth J. Simmons Center for the Study of Slavery & Justice and the John Carter Brown Library at Brown University, supports advanced research on African racial slavery, Indigenous dispossession and slavery, as well as the complex intersections between these histories.
