--- ## Description This initiative provided funding and expert support to previous Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Culture of Health Prize-winning communities to amplify their storytelling campaigns. The program, managed by Health Resources in Action (HRiA), aimed to uplift stories addressing structural racism and other forms of discrimination, with the goal of inspiring collective action and advancing health equity.
