--- ## Description This program aims to build the capacity of organizations to provide or expand access to high-quality HIV primary health care services for low-income individuals living with HIV. Funded activities must be short-term, completed within a one-year project period, and should focus on either HIV Care Innovation or Infrastructure Development.
