This program funds short-term capacity-building projects designed to enhance, develop, or expand access to high-quality HIV primary health care services for low-income people with HIV. The focus is on supporting infrastructure or innovation activities that can be completed within a one-year period. Eligible applicants may propose one of three activities: Electronic Health Record and Data Integration, Telehealth, or Dental Equipment for expanding dental service capacity. The goal is to address gaps in care and help organizations better serve individuals not yet in regular HIV care, supporting improved health outcomes and advancing national HIV epidemic response priorities.
